Betty Héritier-Pingeon holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law and Contracts, Transfer of techniques and Competition, obtained in the CEIPI in Strasbourg.

She worked as a Trademarks and Models lawyer in a Patent and Trademark attorney firm for one year before decided become a lawyer.

She collaborates on the department of Intellectual Property, Information and Communication technologies of Bismuth Law Firm within which she exercises her skills both in advice and in dispute.
